Pam Morgan has over fifteen years experience as a professional librarian, most of those years spent in academic or large urban public libraries. She is a member of the American Library Association, in particular the Association of College and Research Libraries’ Instruction Section, and the Library Instruction Roundtable’s Teaching, Learning, and Technology Committee.

Pam is the author of Training Paraprofessionals for Reference Service: A How-To-Do-It Manual for Librarians, 2nd edition. Chicago and London: Neal-Schuman Publishers, Inc., 2009.
